Reinvent Studio is pleased to provide the following budgetary estimate for the creation of four cornerstone video media assets and 150-to-200 photographs designed to support the franchise growth initiatives of Spectrum Concierge and Accent Cleaning Services.

These assets are intended to help prospective franchise candidates understand the value of each opportunity, build trust with the founding team, and visualize what success looks like within each organization.

Video: This estimate reflects anticipated planning, coordination, crew, equipment, and production requirements based upon approximately four production days.

Photography: Principal photography setups - acquired during video production when possible, and separately when no video is necessary.

Post-Production Investment

This estimate reflects:

Video: Anticipated story development, editing, audio finishing, color correction, motion graphics integration, review cycles, and final delivery of all approved media assets.

Photography: Photo editing and final delivery of all approved still imagery files.

This estimate is based upon the current understanding of project goals, deliverables, production logistics, and anticipated creative requirements.

The estimate assumes efficient access to locations, personnel, branded assets, and interview participants during scheduled production days.

Upon approval of this budgetary estimate, Reinvent Studio will collaborate with your team to finalize production scheduling, creative direction, interview topics, project milestones, and delivery expectations.

Following approval, Reinvent Studio will prepare a formal production agreement outlining the final scope of work, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project details necessary to move forward with production.

Once the agreement has been reviewed and executed by all parties, we will begin pre-production planning and scheduling.
